Join us in community for a live meditation practice and short talk on muditā / gratitude, one of the three immesurables (brahmavihāras) borne from the heart imbued with loving-kindness (mettā).
Considered by the Buddha as one of the most fundamental aspects for mental development, muditā / gratitude is becoming increasing imperative for mental health in the contemporary human brain.
This session will include a short talk on this practice also known as appreciative joy, followed by our experiential practice.
Recording will also be made available for those unable to join live in community.
All levels welcome.
